Molly Laird is a Human Factors Engineer at Ensera Design, where she makes medical devices safer and more intuitive by championing usability from concept to launch. She earned her PhD in Mechanical Engineering as a Clare Boothe Luce Fellow at the University of Detroit Mercy. Molly is passionate about bridging the gap between engineering and human experience because great design starts with people! Beyond her work in human factors, you’ll find her outside playing just about any sport or inside with a good book.
